Refund, Replacement and Complaint Policy

At LAHAB, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We take every complaint seriously and always aim to provide fair and reasonable solutions.
Since our food items are handmade and freshly prepared, we follow a review-based refund and resolution policy instead of instant refunds.
1. Important Notice (Handmade Food Disclaimer)
All LAHAB food items are prepared by human chefs, not machines.
Therefore:
• Taste, size, color, garnish, and presentation may slightly vary
• Food appearance may differ from images shown on the app or website
• Such variation is normal and does not automatically qualify for a refund
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
2. When Can You Raise a Complaint?
You may submit a complaint if you experience issues related to:
• Food quality
• Taste
• Packaging problems
• Missing or incorrect items
• Delivery-related issues
📌 Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery through:
• In-app support
• Phone / WhatsApp
• Email
• Customer service channel
3. Refund Policy (No Automatic Refunds)
LAHAB does not offer instant or automatic refunds.
All complaints are:
• Carefully reviewed
• Verified internally
• Considered fairly and respectfully
After review, LAHAB may offer one of the following solutions:
✅ Partial refund
✅ Full refund
✅ Food replacement
✅ Re-delivery
✅ Discount or compensation voucher
👉 The final decision will be made by LAHAB management based on the situation.
4. Cases Where Refund May Not Be Applicable
Refunds or replacements may not be provided if:
• Complaint is made too late after delivery
• Food is already mostly consumed
• Issue is related to personal taste preference only
• No valid proof or explanation is provided
• Issue falls under normal handmade food variation
5. Order Cancellation Policy
• Orders once confirmed and prepared may not be cancelled
• Cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Refund eligibility (if any) will depend on order status
6. Delivery Issues
If delivery is delayed, incomplete, or incorrect:
• Please contact us immediately
• We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution
